Financial Policy
Our academy is set up on a "pay as you go" basis. That means we MUST receive enough tuition from those sending their children to the Academy to meet our obligations...books, paces, supplies, and staff salaries. We feel, in the past, some have looked upon this policy lightly, assuming the church would handle the debts. This is solely your financial obligation, and simply not the responsibility of the church.
The following are policies we will follow to keep the Academy sound financially, and Christian in testimony. If you have any questions after reading these guidlines, please contact us, and we will be happy to help in any way possible.
* Tuition and all other charges are due between the 1st and the 10th of the current month. The first monthly payment will be due by August 10th.
* There will be a $10.00 late charge placed on payments received after the 10th of the month.
* All payment (including late charges) must be received by the 30th of the current month. If all delinquent payments have not been brought up to date after a total of 45 days has elapsed, the student will be suspended until payment has been made.
Further policies on Finances can be found in the school handbook
